To help you save time before you contact us by phone or email, we would like to ask if you could spare some time reading a list of all the commonly encountered questions along with their answers before making a query.

  • I work all week and I am only available for a quote in the evenings or during the weekend. Am I able to request for your services during the evenings or weekends?
    Yes. We understand that our customers are busy due to different commitments. To account for this, we have decided to employ a flexible service by being able to work in the evenings and weekends to ensure that all our customers get a quote when it is most convenient for them. When filling out the online form for a quote please state the best time to visit you.
  • Do I have to pay for a quote?
    No, we provide a free quotation service, one of our managers will assess the project and we will aim to send you a written quotation within 3 days of viewing the project.
  • Can I receive a quote via e-mail?
    Our quotations are normally sent out via email, however if you do not have an email address, we can post the quotation to yourselves. However one of our managers will have to access the site before the quotation.
  • What areas of London do your cover?
    We cover all London areas, zone 1-6. However for larger projects we are able to travel outside London.
  • What is the best way to request a quotation?
    For an initial quote we advise customers to fill out our online form found at the “request a quote” page. The online form will ensure that we recieve all the nessesary information. However you are also able to email us on admin@eco-insulationhome.co.uk
  • I want to go ahead with work, when can you start?"
    Once we receive confirmation from the customer, we will normally start the project within 5 working days. We always try our best to start sooner if the customer requires us to do so.
  • Do you work on weekends?
    Yes we work on weekends. Especially if a customer wants to get a job finished promptly.
